Just got back from martial art routines, a kid proudly told his father that he had led his small group.
Being a leader is a momentous change. That experience gives more energy that can shape self-confidence. The kid was a shy boy. After years of practice, he becomes more courageous.
We need room to grow our personality, and sometimes it takes time to find it.
