If you were one of the donators, what would you expect?
Direct giving helps the poors. After receiving money, they can buy basic needs. Not only can they live well, but also the society is improved.
But, how can we design a program that the fund can help them to run something to earn money?
Is there any proven system that direct giving works better so we can follow?
